Accommodations and Features
The park offers cabins, apartments, and powered campervan sites. Options include budget one-bedroom cabins with a kitchenette, two-bedroom upstairs apartments with a full kitchen, and superior one-bedroom apartments with a private patio and garden views. All heated units have satellite TV. Some cabins share bathroom facilities; others have private bathrooms. Bedding and towels are provided in the apartments, but basic cabins require an extra fee for linen.
Self-Catering and BBQ
There is no on-site restaurant. Guests use the communal kitchen or the BBQ facilities in the garden to prepare meals. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, and basic cookware. The shared lounge offers a place to eat and socialize.
On-Site Activities and Tours
The park has a sauna, a games room with a table tennis table, and a children's playground with a tractor. Board games and puzzles are available. The tour desk can book penguin watching, sea kayaking, and gold mining trips. A glow worm walk is a short distance up the path from the park. Bush walks nearby lead to a waterfall.
Location and Getting Around
Leith Valley Holiday Park is 3 minutes' drive from the Dunedin Botanic Gardens. Otago Golf Club and the Dunedin Railway Station are 7 minutes away. St. Clair Beach is a 15-minute drive, and Dunedin Airport is 40 minutes away. A bus stop is a 2-minute walk, with service every 30 minutes to the city centre (about 15 minutes by bus). The Octagon is a 30-minute walk.

Free WiFi and self-parking are included. The park offers a business centre, luggage storage, laundry facilities, and fax/photocopying. A professional host manages the property. Invoice provided upon request.
